Sewage Treatment Plants

Using GGE co-generation equipment in waste water treatment works is very simple and profitable. Result of the anaerobic fermentation of sludge during the tertiary phase of the sewage treatment process is a methane-rich gas(Bio-gas).

Once adequately treated , this bio-gas is used as fuel in special-purpose GGE co-generation modules. These produce electric energy for the works and hot water for the digesters. When the process demand for hot water is lower due to climatic conditions, the exhaust gases of the gensets can be used for sludge drying. It is also frequent to use biogas-fuelled engines as direct drivers of agitators.

This is to certify that Six nos. Biogas Gensets of various capacities have been installed at our different plants. One of the Gensets has operated over 50,000 Hrs. in the last few years. GGE has also carried our O&M of this plant.

This is to certify that we have been operating a Guascor Biogas genset of 945 KWe since Jan 2012. The engine is operating continuously on base load of approx. 75 % to 80 %. GGE Genset is providing outstanding service and spare parts support for the product.

This is to certify that we had purchased 2 nos. 945 Kwe natural Gas Gensets from M/s. GGE Genset Pvt. Ltd. Both the gensets has crossed 30,000 Hrs of running. Both the Gensets are under O&M contract with GGE and sunning well. We are quite satisfied with the services provided by GGE.
